"We eat lots of chicken," Garth -- who shed 30 pounds in 2012 -- tells Us of meals at home with daughters Luca, Lola and Fiona. For a side, the actress almost always reaches for veggies. "I have pretty much every type of vegetable. The stuff I buy at the store is mostly fresh."
"I eat the same thing every day: brown rice pasta that's gluten free," the Glee actress explains. "I put arugula at the bottom of the bowl, make the pasta and while it's still hot I put it on top of the arugula so it sort of wilts it. Throw on some tuna, mix it up and it's a really good tuna salad."
As she prepares to marry John Legend, Teigen has become more handy around the kitchen. "I just recently learned how to do en papillote: fish in paper. You put a piece in foil or parchment paper and throw in mushrooms, soy sauce, and you wrap it up and bake it for 15 minutes," says the bride-to-be. "It comes out so flaky."
"I like to make this one salad that my mom gave me the recipe for: It's romaine lettuce, feta cheese, walnuts and apple cider vinegar, [which] actually helps acid reflux," the actress tells Us. "I like to put raisins in there and I feel like I'm doing something good."
"I love to cook a lot . . . and I make it up as I go along," says organic eater Rutherford. One of the Gossip Girl star's specialties? A healthier version of nachos. "I'll get organic refried beans, use Greek full-fat yogurt as a replacement for sour cream and put in some salsa and some all-organic chips."
